HEConcierge also known as Happily Ever Concierge a wedding concierge and coordination team.
We've coordinated hundreds of Disney weddings and Non-Disney weddings across Central Florida and beyond. We're based in Winter Garden, and we serve premier venues and private estates throughout the area.
We've worked many of the most sought-after venues around. Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. The Contemporary. The Polynesian. The Boardwalk Inn. Epcot. The JW Marriott. The Omni resorts. And more.
We've run the venues that intimidate other coordinators. So by the time we're standing in yours, we already know how it breathes.
Welcome
What we believe
Refined, but real. Elevated, but warm. Confident, but never cold.
We're not stiff. We're not corporate. We're the team that feels like family on your wedding day, even when it's a coordinator you're meeting for the first time.
We treat your day like it's ours. We anticipate. We solve the problem before you ever feel it. We guide without pushing. And we protect the one thing that matters most. Your presence.
The face changes. The standard never does.
We're not stiff. We're not corporate. We're the team that feels like family
