Before your day

On the day

Your coordinator is right beside you, up to eight hours.

We set up the suite for getting ready and for photos. We handle the snacks, the banners, the welcome bags, the shoes, the dress changes.

We hand out the bouquets. We pin the boutonnières. We get the license to the officiant and make sure the rings and vows are exactly where they need to be.

We oversee the simple decor setup and breakdown. And we keep the whole timeline moving.

Side-by-side coordination with the bride, up to eight hours on the wedding day

What's Included

Right after you book.
We stay in touch from there. We follow up, keep you on track with your next steps, and make sure nothing slips between now and the day.
We'll go over your banquet orders together. We'll talk through your planning ideas to see where we can help. Need a vendor? We'll point you to the ones we trust. Have a question? Ask us anytime.
Then about thirty days out, we meet to walk the entire day. Questionnaire, timeline, checklist. By the time the wedding arrives, nothing's left to chance.

Our coordinator is side by side with the bride for up to eight -10 hours continous.

We do, We setup and breakdown of pre-approved decor. Items that are approved by the venue and are less than 35 pounds and pre-assembled pieces. If you need us to pre ensemble we do offer this added service.

We don't affix anything to walls, ceilings, or doors, and we don't handle items that need special tools or venue installation approval. Anything like that gets cleared with your venue first.

No. We're a day-of coordination and bridal assistant team.

We don't do full planning, vendor negotiation, venue scouting, floral design, or catering coordination. What we do is take everything that's already in motion and make the day itself run flawlessly. If you need this we can discuss it we might have the answer!

Every wedding is different, so the honest answer starts with a conversation about your day.
Full day-of coordination starts at $2,100.
From there, a few things can shift the investment. An additional coordinator. Extra hours. A day that splits across locations or stretches long. Or assembly, when you'd like us to put pieces together for you.
